Dr. Puckett and the team at shores took exceptional care of my cat during her lower jaw removal surgery. From the very beginning, they were thorough, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what to expect. That level of communication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I could tell they treated Coconut with compassion and attention. The aftercare instructions were clear, and they were available to answer questions whenever I needed reassurance during her recovery.
