I absolutely love them! My dog Gizmo has really bad allergies, to the point where he licked his paws raw and they were red, swollen and bled constantly. Like full on bloody paw prints around the house. He had red itchy bumps all over his belly that looks so angry and made him smell so bad. He scratched his face so hard and so often, he caused himself an awful ear hematoma, one of the worst they’ve seen. After a few visits and trying different things, his allergies are practically non existent. He doesn’t scratch or lick. He has no itchy bumps and his fur is looking so good. His paws have healed and look beautiful! They just took care of his ear hematoma too, and he’s a completely different dog. He seems much happier and livelier and I couldn’t ask for more. We just wanted him to feel good and be a happy pup again. And they gave that to us. You can tell Dr. Puckitt loves what she does and cares about her patients and their families. The techs and receptionists are also so friendly and loving towards Gizmo. They make contact the day after every appointment, and several times when he’s there for a procedure. They surprised us once with a cute Halloween photo of Gizmo that still hangs on our fridge. We even took him there for a simple nail trim because we were confident that they could do it when we couldn’t. When he’s there, I know my baby is in good hands. And their prices are fair. They give you an itemized list with a total before they do anything, and even give you options to bring down the price. They also have a payment plan system that helps if you need one. I am so happy we took him here and will continue to do so. Thank you guys so much for everything you do! I attached a picture of the last time we were there. You can tell he’s comfortable there because he lounges on the couch while we wait and has no problem walking away with any of the techs. He isn’t afraid of the vet at all.

We’ve been with Shores/Murabella Hospitals for almost 5 years, they are by far the best veterinary team I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had dogs my entire life, and the entire staff treats both pets and owners with incredible kindness and respect. Colleen, the front office manager, is exceptional. I watched her quietly prepare a room for a dog coming in to be euthanized—lowering the music and dimming the lights before the owner even arrived. That level of compassion says everything about the care at this practice. Dr. Puckett has also been wonderful. She recently performed dental surgery on Bella, removing 16 teeth, and Bella recovered beautifully with no complications. She is warm, knowledgeable, and always responsive. Crystal is truly the best groomer on the planet! If she can deal with Bella (8 lbs of terror, the neighborhood is delighted she had teeth pulled lol) and make her look as beautiful as she does, she deserves an award! She has the patience of a saint and truly listens to my wants and needs. Bella loves going to “Miss Crystal”. Yes, they may be a little more expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for. The care here is outstanding, and I highly recommend them. If you’re looking for a compassionate, high-quality veterinarian in the Jacksonville area, I highly recommend Shores m/Murabella Animal Hospitals

This place is great! I'm from NY just visiting down here. They fit us in. Everyone there is so nice and great with the animals. The front staff is so helpful. The tech was super sweet. Dr Puckett was very knowledgeable and great with my challenging pup! Then my bill came and it was so reasonable that I couldn't believe it! Also, super clean and inviting environment! Thank you for being awesome! I highly recommend!
