Dr. Puckett is both knowledgeable and extremely kind in her approach to my pets. She gets down to floor level to interact. I trust her completely and value the extra time she took to say hello to my female Star …who came out to greet her. It’s my place of safety for the health of my 3 dogs. The girls that assist the Doctors are also extremely loving in how they share information with me and they answer any questions I might have. They also love my pets.
